 The Model 900 made by Mechanical Transplanter is designed around the jiffy
seven. It can plant up to a 2" wide pot or cell and space it as close as 10" apart in the row with all six pockets mounted. The small pocket assembly is used for planting 7/8" to 1
1/4" cells. It will not plant bare root plants. The maximum plant height is 8" tall. A plug mix attachment is available for mechanically planting a seed & soil
mix through plastic mulch. A drum seeder attachment is available for planting large seed through plastic mulch.
